Consultation

Ten unhurried minutes on health history, training load and what brought you in — so the session has a direction.

Treatment

You sit or lie comfortably while pressure, pace and oil blend adjust to what the tissue actually says back. Tender areas are worked gently.

Aftercare

You may feel relaxed or energised as the body rebalances. You leave with simple aftercare — hydration, movement, and spacing for future sessions.
